RETURNS

If you're not completely satisfied with your Century Goldsmiths jewelry, you may return or exchanges it within 14 days of purchase, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition and has not been worked on by any jeweler outside of Century Goldsmiths.

  • Most rings and some other pieces made of 10k,14k gold, platinum, and silver that have been customized with an engraving are eligible for return or exchange.

  • All other custom purchases, including any other engraved pieces and rings made with Century Goldsmiths’ custom band builder, are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Diamonds with inscriptions are eligible for return or exchange.

  • Watches must be unworn, original packaging, instructions, warranties must be included with the return or exchange of watch.

  • Special order watches are not allowed for returns or exchanges

  • To confirm if your purchase is eligible for return or exchange, please contact us at 780-485-8828.

  • Purchases made at Century Goldsmiths store must be return to Century Goldsmiths store. These purchases may not be returned by mail to our store.

 

ORDER ONLINE

If you purchases your item online, you can return your item to our store. Return to our store must include the original boxes, with your ship confirmation email, online purchase receipt and with watch instruction book or diamond certificate.

 

Our store refund will be credited to the same payment with the original purchase. Your shipping or other additional costs will not be refunded unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
